Hope I do this right. I went to try the fingerprint versus password security on my hx2795b and can't get it to recognize a print. It won't let me go back to password. I'm stuck until I get a print for security. Ever seen or heard of that problem? Solution. A hard reset, of course, will lose everything. Thanks, Jay
