possibe to backup and restore without activesync?

Hi everyone,

My pda dropped, and usb is no longer working. I have an SD card, and would like to backup all my contacts, tasks, and calander items and either:

restore them to outlook on the desktop
restore backup to another pda (and then i'll be able to restore it to the desktop)

If anyone has any suggestions, please help me out...I've spent too many hours looking for a solution in vain.

Your help is much appreciated!
