hey, i have the 8125. but i am testing out the 8525 and the tilt and deciding which one to choose. but what i'm asking is, if i decide to go with the 8525 which rom would be better? the one from HTC where u can download, or a custom rom like TNT for example?
I would go with a custom rom for several reasons, but you can also get a custom rom for the tilt as well.
The main reason I like custom roms is that they are faster and dont have as much bloat from the service provider on them. I could suggest a few custom roms and actually trying to get with an admin so we can have our own forum to discuss them in.

yeah, i'm still deciding whether i should go with the tilt or the 8525 i mean they pretty much have the same specs, but the tilt feature appeals to me as i like to watch videos and use other media on my phones. but are there many roms for the tilt as well?
you can watch videos and other media on the 8525 if money is not an issue then go for the tilt.
there are less roms for the tilt but thats only cause of how new it is to the development comunity.

money isnt an issue. i can get any of these ppc's for free as my dad works for at&t. all 3 are right next to me right now. so tilt? ima test out the 8525 tomorrow.
lucky you the only reason I like the 8525 is because it has a flash unlike the 8925 so yeah go with the tilt.
