to watch them on your phone, search for tcpmp for pocketpc. easier to use than most emulators, its point and click to open a video file with very simplistic options and settings.
if certain movie files wont play on your phone, or theyre just too big, you can use PocketDivXEncoder. again, very easy to use however you would have to compress them on your desktop/notebook, then transfer via usb to your phone. compression is beneficial, however, because you can turn a 600mb movie into a <200mb file with the ability to change video/sound quality. great for stuffing movies onto an sd card for those horrid waits at the dmv or long car/plane rides.
