Web conferencing that does not require a download

I work with clients who refuse to download any software or have their computers locked down by their IT department. Is there a Web conferencing system that they can use?

netmeeting!

All clients from windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP

Have netmeeting.....

now this may be disabled by the IT admins but most of the time they can use it...

all it requires is that on your end you configure the proper ports so they can connect to you.....

all they have to do is type on run is 'conf' and have them fill out the steps..
once that is loaded, give them your IP and allow share.

Well if client is not interested in downloading anything then the best option is always Rhubcom's appliance. See no monthly fees,he own it and control it. No download whatsoever.
