To be more specific, I work for a debt recovery agency and our agents use the XDA Orbits to process work etc - as you can imagine it can be very fustrating trying to sort problems out with them over the phone when you cant see the screen and what the problem is exactly, so I am looking for a way where i can access the XDA from my desktop and work on a solution that way.
Our agents access the internet on their XDA's via GPRS and obviously i need to access the XDAs via tcp/ip as they are all over the UK; i downloaded pocket controller enterprise but could not get it to access the XDA's via tcp/ip - i read somewhere that I may be bcos our service provider, O2, gives out private IP addresses over a GPRS network and not public ones - anyone got any ideas or can point me in the right direction on how i can go about doing this?
I do try them all including gomeetnow, rhubcom, webex and lifesize but am still not sure of which one of them is better. Of course gomeetnow is quiet lightweight and provide quick connectivity with no session breaks. Others are yeah little costly. Any positive reviews of webex which under mine its cost !
Hi,
As you are a newbie, I advice you to take your decisions tactfully. Better view the market reports before making any decisions. I have recently heard about RHUB from press releases and information available online. It has received awards on its product range .they have a numerous line of products which may be of interest to you. To my best knowledge, they can serve your needs efficiently. I hope that you would find my suggestion useful.
