I have a 6800 (Mogul) from Sprint. My screen went out. Is their a way I can get the contacts saved to a PC? My local Sprint store is telling me they cant do it without access to the screen for prompts. I have over 300 business contacts in my phone. What about a program to back them up once I do get them moved so I dont have to go through this again. Thanks
well the outlook dose more than just emails too it would back up your contacts too if you set it up to do that like the palm desktop but other than that I don't know no other way of backing up your contacts if you didn't sync with outlook sorry
Ok, I got my new phone and I lost all my contacts.. What setting should the sync software be on to "Back up Contacts" It seems that when I add contacts to Outlook, it adds them to my ohone. However, when I add contacts to my phone and sync it, it deletes them. I cant find a setting to keep both.
HELP Lost Contacts in Mogul 
it would back up your contacts too if you set it up to do that like the palm desktop
