ActiveSync with Outlook

Hi,
I am new to this and am not sure how it works. I am using an O2 Zinc with WM6 installed on it. I wish to sync my O2 data including contacts and calendar with MS Outlook 2k7. I have installed ActiveSync 4.5 on my desktop computer and have successfully connected O2 to it. It gave me the message that the data has been successfully synced although I am not sure if I did it correctly. Is there any how once can see the synced data into MS Outlook 2k7? Is there a step by step guide which I can follow?

Thank You in advance for any assistance I receive.

I have an MDA using WM5 and i synced my work outlook contacts and calender items to my MDA easily. The steps should be the same for your specs:
1. Install ActiveSync
2. Connect Phone to PC
3. Follow steps on screen to sync info and select info to be synced
4. Watch your active sync progress on the sync. Your contacts from your phone will be placed onto your Outlook and your Outlook contacts will be added to your phone. Once you do it properly, you'll see the change and both your Outlook and your Phone should have the same contacts and the same calender items. Hope this helped.

It doesnt sync your contacts in SIM which is a good thing cuz if your phone decides to go bonkers on you (like mines tend to do) you'll still have all your imp #s in SIM.
