i got a new tilt

i just got my first pocket pc, the htp tytn ii, tilt, cingular, and im not sure what to get on it

i want to get a cool rom and all that stuff but i have no idea how to install it

i tried installing hermes, but i dont know how to do it

could someone tell me how to get a new rom/what to download to make my pocket pc better/more efficient/cooler/more useful?
