i got touchflo to work on my 8125 g4 model and this is how
first go here and download the files RapidShare: 1-Click Webhosting
next go here and get the rom i got the 8.1 NBD v8.3 (5.2.1437) - xda-developers
***(Direct Link To v8.1 ftp://130.89.126.174:2311/Wizard/Rom...)/NBD.v8.1.RAR)***
the extract all the files take the nk.nbf file out of the second file downloaded and place it into the shelltools file in the first folder you downloaded then close the screen of the first folder cause you dont need it anymore open the shell tools folder and take the EnableRapi and Cert_SPCS and put them on the ppc disconnect the ppc and install the Cert_SPCS first followed by the EnableRapi the reboot your ppc connect the ppc via activesync again and run the shell tools application then when it comes up hit the "Get Info" when it is done click the "Extract Os" when it is done click the "Flash Os" this will take 15 minutes or more mine took about twenty minutes it will look like it is not responding but it is doing what it is suppose to the when it says end in the shell tools screen do a hard reset by holding in the top left button and the top right button while holding use a pen or the styles to push the reset button located about the middle of the right side below the ir sensor then the screen will go black and read push send to restore factory settings so hit the green send key then just align the screen and set up your device then it will install the files needed and restart and you have touchflo on your g4 8125 ---note as with all hacks and mods there is some risk so i cannot be held responsible for any damages but it worked on my cingular 8125 (wizard) with wm5 and g4 if you run into any problems you can look at the included readmes but they didn't help me much that is exactly how i did mine all credit goes to the programers i just wanted to contribute something to this site as i use it a lot i tried to make this as easy as possible for everyone cause it took me forever to figure it out and i know how bad it sucks to want something cool on your phone and can't figure it out so enjoy
THIS WAS ORIGINALY DONE WITH WINDOWS VISTA NOT XP SO THERE ARE TWO BREAK THROUGHS IN THIS POST

Ok yes you have wm6 your running NBD's rom. you need to fix your links to direct links imo instead of xda's forum page direct link to the 8.1 file

Hey i gotta thank you for this. It works perfectly but the second link is dead by the way so i had to search google for it. I followed ur instructions and boom done worked fine all good.
Thank you very much.
the links for all versions are here
the ones at xda developer are dead
enjoy.
On another note i flashed mine on Windows 7 RC so it can be done on that also took me 5 minutes, while its running u might see it look like its not responding but thats the norm just leave it alone till its finished.
First off thank you for the post. My wm6/touchflo upgrade didn't go quite the way the long run on sentence above went, but it was the basis for what I did.
I downloaded the two compressed folders (I actually used NBD v8.3, but it was posted on the same page linked above). Then I followed the instructions to the letter. I got the "cannot execute repllog.exe" error on the Wizard when I flashed the OS but it turned out to be nothing.
When I did the hard reboot it locked up on the first boot page (i.e. the one with the ipl, OS, etc. numbers) and I thought I bricked the phone. I pulled and replaced the battery and "camera button" rebooted the phone in to the "red, green, blue, white" screen thing. I plugged the phone in to my computer and ran AKU 2.3... Problem solved. It unfroze, downgraded, and unlocked the phone in one swoop.
I went through the steps (for the second time) that McHuste posted and it upgraded to the WM6/touchflo thing without a problem.
I aint' no rocket surgeon so I was suprized how easy it was. So thank you again for bundling everything I needed in two folders and stripping the upgrade process down to brass tacks. The help documents that came budled in the folders helped a bunch too, and thank you for the "HTC boot screen jpeg".... I hated that dang magic Japanamation Wizard picture boot screen thing.
P.S. I have an HTC 8125 Wizard (G4) with a locked Cingular ROM. I did the above things on a PC with windows xp and activesync 4.5.
