MP3 Alarm!?!?

How hard would it be to set a dang alarm that plays an MP3 file? How come it seems like there are absolutely no programs out there for download that are JUST an alarm? I don't want anything fancy...I just want to wake up with a song instead of the freaking windows song.

Anyone know what I could do? I already tried converting the file to a .wav and put it into the windows folder, but it didn't work for some reason.

I agree, you'd think it'd be such a simple thing!

I'm trying out Chronos (Games for Pocket PC free download / Games for iPaq / Games for Windows), which seems to be good - nice interface, intuitive, highly customisable alarms, but sadly the alarms are not reliable on my HTC Kaiser.

Worth giving Snooze a go - i'm playing with it at the moment (just downloaded it) and so far it seems fine (and free!): Snooze freeware for smartphone, Windows mobile phone free downloads.

Actually it is a simple thing all you have to do is convert the mp3 to a wav. file and install it in the root of windows on your device.

Thanks nates, but unfortunately that doesn't work with the files I am trying to use. Apparently they are the wrong "coding" or something for a .wav file and so they don't work.

I could, but the resulting file is on the order of 50+ mb which won't fit on my phones hard drive.

I found a program called WolfClock (Yes it is listed in the downloads on this website, but it is NOT the right file) and it seems to be working ok so far. We will see...It allows MP3 play
