Windows apps on WM (how to..)

Hello!
I'm new around here.
I have HTC E650 (S710 VOX). Yesterday I accidentially came across Fallout 2, and, surprisingly, it turned out that my HTC meets the system requirements. So i started looking for a way to run Win applications on WM, but the only things I found was the opposite, so how to run WM apps on Win. Is there a way I could run this game on my mobile?

ps.
How should I call my device? A Pocket PC, or a Windows Mobile Smartphone, or what?

Thanks
Greetings

To answer one question - you cannot run standard Windows apps on any WM device. WM apps run on a desktop system using software that emulates a WM environment and there is no Windows emulator for the WM platform to allow for the reverse.

the other answer to your question would be that the vox is a smart phone. to be a ppc the requirements are as follows.
1. 200mhz processor min.
2. full version of WM5 or 6 (professional)
3. touch screen
4. 64mb ram (min)
5. 128mb rom (min)
6. qvga 240 by 320 (min)

also note that a 400mhz ppc processor is about equivilant to a old pentium 1 processor or a 133mhz pc processor.

you can do some pretty cool things with a ppc but a pentium II would just run circles around it as far a actuall computing. Imagine converting cda to mp3s on a ppc or compressing video. its just not going to happen for awhile.
