I recently bought an HTC 8525 and I decided to install the mobile divx player because 1. it was advertised as one of the better ones and 2. I wanted better quality than WMP5.
Bottom line is this. I didnt like the divx player, I uninstalled it, but now my MP3 and video files wont play on WMP5 if i click on them. They do play when i open WMP5 and access them from there, but I cannot set my mp3 files to ringtones because it seems that the system does not recognize files that were played with divx player
Is there any way to make WMP5 my default player again?
