hey ash I know how u feel. I have an 8125 that will do the same. When I have the keyboard out, sometimes not always the down botton won't work on the screen portion not on the keyboard that one works fine. it will go up,left or right but sometimes not down. I guess the botton got knocked outta place a lil bit. If anyone has some tips please let us know.
