You should be able to sign in to hotmail using your device. This will create a Hotmail account in Outlook Mobile. If you don't see this option anywhere, try going to Start - Settings - Today - Items tab ans check Pocket MSN. Go back to the Today screen and tap the Pocket Msn signin plugin to setup and configure Hotmail.
