PocketPCFreeware : PocketDict 1.2 - been using this one for a fair while now and although not the best around, it pushes the Lexigoo Dictionary a mate paid good dollars for, and it's FREE.
Just a suggestion fellow users.

I have downloaded the PocketDic-OPTED.zip into my PC. Now what should I do? There's no exe or cab file in it.....sorry, this is my first ppc, need to learn more from you all. Just bought it 2nd hand last week.
It looks like you first need to download and install the basic PocketDict app setup file by running it on your desktop PC and ltetting install to your device over ActiveSync. You then unzip one of the available dictionary filesv(OPTED or Encarta) to add a data file.
I have already installed the PocketDict app into my device.I have also unzip the dictionary files ( OPTED ) into the PocketDict folder.....but still I was prompted - 'CANNOT OPEN '\DICTIONARY.INDEX".YOU MAY NEED TO RECONFIGURE YOUR DICTIONARIES......what should I do?
Problems solved.I forgot to click the REFRESH LIST under DATA DIRECTORIES. Thanks anyway.....I would say that this PocketDict is a very good programme. Recommended to all those who need a dictionary in their pocket.....
