no error message. When I attempt "Copy to folder" it doesn't give me the option of that folder. When I attempt Copy and Paste, I can copy but when I go to the windows/rings folder I do not have the option to paste. When I try dragging it to the folder, I get the circle with a line through it. When I first sync'd with my computer it put a folder on my desktop to work with--it no longer does. How can I fix this?
