active sync help!

activesync works perfectly and now it does everytime i do
it gives me this message

WCESMgr.exe-application error
X The application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000005).

what happend to it??

the version im using is the one that came with my cingular 8125
on a cd

If you have a version of Activesync older than 4.5, I recommend that you upgrade. It's available as a free download on MICROSOFT website. Make sure that you remove the non functional version and reboot your computer before installing 4.5.
