XDA IIs Video Prob....Help!!!

Got an O2 XDA IIs video problem...pls help. Each time I will attempt to shoot a video, XDA freezes each time I press the action button to start recording. All other buttons sieze to function, prompting me to do soft reset. Is there a fault in my PDA? Do I need to install anything to make it function? Pls help as I'm running out of option here. Thanx to anyone who can help.

That is a sad thing that is happening to your device. Have you tried a hard reset? but before you do make sure you have backup all your important data...
Another suggestions is try to update the ROM of your pocket pc. You might want to check O2 - Home for the latest one...

Good Luck...

Murdock,
Thanx a lot for the suggestions. Yes, I tried doing hard resets for several times, but still no luck. I've also updated the ROM, as you've suggested. Again, no luck. I'm planning to take it back to O2 soon & see what they can do.
Thanx a lot anyway for the help. Will let you know soon about the outcome.
