If you go to the Toshiba...e700 Series area of the Brighthand.com forums, you will find a very long thread whose name begins 'ROM Gurus...' It is all about reflashing the OS. Somewhere around page 18 or 19 you should info about reflashing with an OS ROM to change the language. You will need to have the appropriate English ROM for the e750 to carry this out.
