Everytime I try to install a program, my MDA just tells me installation unsuccessful. I have soft rebooted many times already. I have installed programs before with no problems, but now it's messing up. I have tried different programs to make sure it wasn't the one program but it does it to all of them. Any suggestions?
I'm sure you already know this, but just to double check... are you installing the .exe install files from your computer and installing .cab files directly on your device?

.CAB files can be copied to your device or your device storage card, and run the it from there to install the apllications.
