Problem load programs on 8125

On my 8125 I have downloaded and synced over a couple fo programs I got off of here.

When I go into my 8125 I can get them to install. I get a message that says they are not and .exe file. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it

They are probably desktop installers. Connect your device, run the installers on the host PC, and they should install over the ActiveSync connection.
