Two odd problems

My 8125 just came yesterday, and I have been playing with it non-stop. I have two things that are bothering me.

First, the phone does not ring or anything when it gets a text message. I set it up in the sound settings but it does not do anything.

Also, sometimes when I close a program, randomly the Activesync screen will pop up. I am not connected to the computer when it does this.

Nevermind, I ended up flashing to faria's wm6 rom and all is well
