Help me from camera prob

Dear Friend,
Actually 3 days before i brought a second hand IMATE JAM. now i find some prob with this mob.

1. camera's clearity is not like 1.3. the picture is not at all good. poor then VGA camera quality.

2. when i'm trying to send file via bluetooth, it's not showing data transfer status(like windows XP).

3. Sometimes getting hang while sending data via bluetooth more then 5-10 mb.

Can u suggest me any solution to overcome from these problems?
