i will be recommending you a backup service that i use. Its zyb.com and its an online backup solution. So far i have found it to be reliable and somehow better than other similar services in term of number of phones they support and also how they help to set up the phone through manuals available on their site. You can create a backup without any hitches. Though they are still in beta but so far they are doing good.
