Ok so I have had my 8525 for about two months now. I am just now getting it all setup the way I like it. However I have noticed that I have several issues with the "device lock" (which I like to do when I put my phone in my purse).
Issue 1 - Answering Calls
I will get to my phone it, answer, and it will just go ding ding ding in my ear. I don't know if this coincidence everytime or if my phone is dropping signal. The signal strength on my phone shows at varying strengths, and at least once it has been confirmed that the caller hung up.
Issue 2 - Missed Calls
This issue seems to present itself alot while the phone is in my purse. I will miss a call and not notice it. The phone seems to be locked up, frozen, non-responsive whatever you want to call it. I can see up at the top it looks like a phone call is on going, but when I try to talk, nobody is there. When I try to open any program it, does nothing. The only cure for this is a soft reset. Granted this has only happened twice, but once was during a family emergency when we dont have time for that kind of CRAP.
I am tempted to hard reset, but as I said I have just gotten it all setup the way I like it. I just want to make sure that it is not a Caveat of the phone or MICROSHAFT before I go through all that trouble for nothing.
