I have only had my 8125 for about two months. Just the last couple of days the touchscreen hasn't been working. I have to soft reset it multiple times and then the alignment is off. When I try to re-align the touchscreen stops working again. Its so frustrating. Does anyone have any suggestions on repair or a soultion for it? I don't have a warranty or else I would ship it back and get a new one. Thanks
This happened to my unit about 1 months ago. Overnight the screen stopped working. I took it into the store, then did a hard reset and it still didnt work. Since I had it for under a year, I Warrenty Exchange at: 800-801-1101. They sent me a new phone with no problem. Works fine.
