We are running Windows Mobile 5. I have 20 salespeople with IPAQ's that need to receive an inventory list each morning. Can I put a copy of the list in one shared directory on the network and have activesync on each of their computers get a copy of it? Currently, i am copying a copy of the .txt file onto all 20 computers into the activesyne directory over the network, one at a time. I have thought about using a macro, however, with that many steps, the ones i have tried are not reliable.
There is a commandline util called cecopy, with that you can manually copy a file to a device. You have to download the windows mobile developer power toys. It's available at microsoft site.
