Hi All, this is my first time post, so I hope I'm in the right place. I have a Samsung i700 running Microsoft PC v.4.20.0 (build 13252). I assume that the OS is not the lastest. Where can I get updates? I've looked on Microsoft's site, but the only thing I got there was confused. Can you please help a newbie?
At this stage, updates for Pocket PCs with Integrated Phone Capabilities are always provided by either the manufacturer (most common) or the service provider from which you purchased your handset...
Also note that updates from one Windows Mobile operating system to another (eg. Windows Mobile 2003: Second Edition-->Windows Mobile 5), are rare... VERY rare.
I've had a look and from what I can tell, the only upgrade for your device is an update to Windows Mobile 2003, which you can get for $US15 from here:
http://vzw.smithmicro.com/samsung/
If that link doesn't work, try using the "Upgrade to Windows Mobile® 2003 software" link here:

This information was obtained from the support section of Verizon Wireless ( http://support.vzw.com/ )...
