Looking for a program to mask my voice

Actually, I'm looking for two programs:

1. A program that will allow to change the pitch and timbre of my voice in a regular phone conversation. I've seen these for the PC but not for the PPC.

2. A text to speech synthesizer that with the help of my headset, will allow me to listen to people's voice on the phone and reply in real time by typing text that is converted to spoken english.

The second one might actually be a useful tool for people who for any reason can't talk. They'd be able to use phones again! If there is not such programs, someone should write them

Of course, I want them to joke around and prank call my friends, but I'm really frustrated that I can't find them programs.

Any leads are appreciated!

Gosh, pranks can be serious business here it seems. I guess AT&T Natural voices should be hearing this...

I think he is looking for an app that will change the voice on a phone call in real time. Text-to-Speech is a good app, but it takes a written document and reads it to you; it does not disguise your voice while you are speaking. All the voice settings within the app change the voice you hear when the file is being read aloud to you by your device.

AFAIK, there is not a voice disguising app available for the WM platform.

Thank you for the link pocketgirl,

I took a look and it comes close to what I need (to both of the programs I'm looking for), but it doesn't synthesize speech in real time, meaning I would not be able to use it as my voice in a phone conversation. It does offer the ability to change some parameters that modify the voice, but it would not be my physical voice but the synthesized voice.

I'm sorry, I am confused myself haha.
