So I navigate to my favorite Web sites and the save them as an Internet Explorer Mobile Favorite for later access...
The problem is, these Favorites are automatically deleted at seemingly random intervals!
At first I thought it was happening after soft resets, however during testing my Favorites are often intact after a soft reset, which puts me back at square one because I have not yet be able to pinpoint exactly when my Favorites are disappearing!
Anyone know why this is happening, or how I can prevent it?
I have a Hewlett Packard iPAQ rx1950, running Windows Mobile 5...
I don't know the answer but I can commiseratewith you. I have the same thing happening - my favorite list gets randomly culled. I have an 8125 and I synch to 2 PC's (home and work) so I thought my issue was a function of the 2 PC's not matching up with fave lists. I disabled the fave synch on one of the PCs but I haven't had a chance to play any further. I'll come back if I get any info.
I guess you have ticked something on your activesync where it says 'PC always wins' and so if there is conflict between PC and PPC the PPC fav list is removed. I am just guessing but that might be the thing.
I'm not in front of my computer at the moment, but I think I have ActiveSync set to sync the "mobile favorites" and while I don't think this is the problem, I'll disable it and post my results...
