Help I'm A Newby

Is there a program available so that I can view an entire page on my palm screen rather than having to scroll eveywhere?

Opera's browser does a nice job but it's not free and doesn't totally eliminate bottom scrollers. My advice is change the view to "one column". It makes sites not designed for PPCs look shitty but then you know to change to "desktop" view.

It's a shitter but these are PPCs, you can only do so much with them.

You can also try Webby, which has both free and paid versions. Its default is to use Skweezer, which reformats web sites for small-screen display.
