Emails in Outlook that have underlined web links fail to load when I click them. It doesn't even appear to try, it just pops up a long error message saying that the certificate may be bad or that the file may be bad. Opera is my default web browser. I will admit that my IE is jacked up and cannot realize that I have an internet connection, but when using IE it at least attempts to connect for 30 seconds. Anyone have an idea on how to fix this?
