my labtop recently ask me to upgrade windows media playa and i did but what happened is that i cant sync my songs to mini sdcard instead it only attempts to sync to my fones memory

why would i run clear storage. thats dumb. this is gonna erase my entire fone to factory setting. dude u must be playing with me. if u cnt help dnt answer.
