HELP -Stuck in Contacts

I just got my new 8125 and used a SIM card from my previous phone. Contacts worked fine until it got stuck on one entry. Now I have to use the end button to close contacts, and every time I go back to Contacts, it pulls up the same entry. I have tried to edit, delete and save this to no avail to try to get back to the main meny. I can now only Also, if I hold the OK button it directs me to a screen to buy spb Pocket Plus? I am not sure whether this is something I need to buy, but it seems strange to have to buy something to use your contacts function. Any ideas?

I would say it was a bug in some software you downloaded. sometimes funny things happen with new software. i would uninstall the last thing you did if not reinstall it

Check "remove programs" to see if something SPB related was installed.

Otherwise, your only choice may be a hard reset.
