I made some changes and removed some programs from my 6700. The thing is, they are still showing up on my start menu. I know with the PC, it's as simple as right clicking and deleting them, but this cannot be done on the PPC.
Is there any way to clear these? I've removed them from both my PPC and PC, but they're still showing up when I go to the start menu's drop down box.
Anyone know how to take care of this? Any help would be more than appreciated!
Okay - this is strange. I don't have a "MyDevice/Windows/StartMenu" path...this is what it looks like...under "My Winddows Mobile Device", there are 9 files, none of which are "Windows", then 3 other things..also not anything related to "Windows" Where did my Windows folder go? The only place I'm seeing one is under the Storage Card folder and that only has one item in it!! Did I loose the Windows folder or maybe it's "hidden"?
Good question Murduck!! I believe they're under my recently used programs...when I click the start menu, they're UNDER the 7 items I checked to appear under my preferences.

I see. nowwhat you do is open your file explorer, better if you got a Resco Explorer its more complete than the built-in.Browse to Windows/Start Menu here you will see the items that you check for your quick access.Another question is your device running the WM 2003SE?Murduck (mobile)

Funny you should mention that! I just got off the phone with Verizon...they told me the same thing. Of course they said they didn't support "3rd party software", but they said Resco is much better than the supplied 'regular' explorer.
