Hello i have the Cingular 8125 which has been working great but recently it doesnt save any of my sent text message or half of my incoming text messages. The dates and times are all messed up and it also doesnt save any incoming or outgoing calls. What should i do?
How much memory do you have available on the device that is free?
Found in the Settings->System->Memory dialogue.
I've had some wierd problems from time to time with my 8125.
I've been able to turn the device off. Remove the battery. Wait about 30 seconds and replace the battery. This seems to reset some error conditions without loss of data.
What have you tried to do to resolve it? Process of elimination often helps in finding a solution.
