Win Mobile 2005 and GPRS over Bluetooth

Hi!
Just got my new handheld (Acer n311) running Win Mobile 2005 and I want to connect it to my cell phone (Motorola Razr v3i), to get online using the phones GPRS-connection.

I've tried to find out how to do all day, but no luck.
Please help
