Hi komplexx15... first, welcome to Pocket PC Addict! Secondly, the most common reason someone would get that message has to do with 1) if it's a .cab or .exe file and 2) if you are installing from you desktop or Pocket PC. The thread here explains. Let me know if the problem is solved!
