o2 xda mini help needed

i have a problem when i try to install anything all i get is this is not a valid pocket pc programe can anyone help plz

Couple questions... How are you installing the programs? Are you running through PC or Pocket PC?

i have to run through ppc as i have no cable or software i know you can install the cab files on the ppc but i cant seem to find any programes to download as cab files

You mean you have no sync cable and active sync on your pc? if this is your case, you can still sync you mini via bluetooth just make sure you have a bluetooth device on your pc.

i had the same problem. u need to load it on your pc and it will install itself to your ppc via activesync

dino001, unfortunately if it is not a .CAB file then you can't install it directly from your Pocket PC. Anyway you can get to a friends PC maybe?
