Booting Error 8125

When the device boots up, the only thing that appears on the screen is the Cingular logo and in the top left corner ipl, spl, gsm and os parameters in red. It sits in this mode and then screen de-illuminates. I cannot power it down with the power button, and the green led is blinking. When I hook it to the charger, the green led illuminates signifying that the battery is fully charged. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get it up and running, or os their some kind problem with the battery or operating system?

Have you tried to perform a hard reset on this Cingular 8125? I'm guessing the ROM might be corrupt... time for a warranty request...

Hey guys thanks for the replys. I brought it back to the dealer. Yes it was the ROM that corrupted. They replaced the unit with a new one and it works great. Thanks!
