Looking for simple budget tracker app

I have been searching for a simple, easy to use application to keep track of all my spending. Want something easy to create categories, enter data, and then be able to look at total amounts spent in each category which I define.
So far I keep seeing stuff that is a LOT more complex than I need.

Any ideas?

Thanks

Is Microsoft Money for the Pocket PC too complicated for you? Let me know so I can recommend something else if this doesn't work for you.

Thanks Tim -- about MS Money

I understand this is one of the most popular in this category. However, for me it is more full featured than I am trying to find. Excellent application, but still looking for something more streamlined and simpler yet even.
Thanks much.
I am also checking out SPB today as well.

Spb Finance is a great program, but if you think that MS Money is full featured, who knows what you'll think of Spb Finance! Maybe you can use excel?
