For my work, a very nice feature i've discovered in the standard outlook software is that we can customize the form. So i redesigned mine for specific information to be in new text boxes with a dedicated label so that i can make a very efficient advanced search about that info.
right now i own a blackberry and i cannot see those new text boxes i've added to my form. I've tested with a palm and it's the same thing. I'm wondering if we can do it with a pocket pc. If it work, i'm buying the new motorola Q.
Welcome to Pocket PC Addict sebas! Unfortunately because the Motorola Q is a smartphone device it is not as full featured as a Pocket PC would be. Even so the Pocket PC would need a third-party application like Pocket Informant to do such tasks. Hopefully there will be a concrete solution to this soon as I know many people who use custom fields...
