Free... unfortunately I don't know of any, maybe because Resco Radio makes an excellent piece of software for streaming radio. Check it out in our downloads section here if you haven't already. Enjoy!
I got mine in store in mobile favorites already so everytime i need to listen to Internet Rasio and have internet connection on my pocket pc all i have to do is launch my Pocket IE and browse to my favorites radio links. After thqat my Media player will automatically launch to Play the Radio Stream...

Actually i got the idea from my desktop, i was browsing for a good radio station and when i found it i just click and my media player pop-up and played the radio station so i thought maybe i could also do it on my pocket pc, and sure enough it works too.
