I'm sorry to be soo sort right now, but I'm at work and I just relized that I am missing alot of features, under the servise option in the phone app. Does any one know how I can get these? I'm missing things like 3-way calling and call forwarding, etc...
Welcome to Pocket PC Addict Bigg Boy! I'm sorry to hear that you are having troubles with the phone settings. Are you using Sprint for your cell phone service? If so, are you subscribed to these features? If I'm not mistaken you need to have these features activated on your service plan for these options to appear.
Also, if worse comes to worse you can try a hard reset, that should do the trick to get it back to the default settings.
Yes I do have Sprint, and I would be very surprised/angered to find out that my plan did not include these items, I pay alot for my phone, and I have a very good plan.
Could it be the fact I'm running ROM version 1.03.00 WWE?
It wouldn't be the first time I hear that phone settings were corrupt on a device. But then again it's also not the first time that I've heard of carriers not populating basic services into a customers account during initial setup. Is this a new account with Sprint? Or is it and upgraded account? Also, I'd recommend updating to the latest ROM anyway, just to fix bugs and add features. You can always find the latest Sprint PPC-6700 ROM update here. Let us know what happens next!
