OneNote is now part of Office 2007 which can be downloaded here. OneNote was already present in previous version of Office, but this time Microsoft has made it possible to initiate two-way sync. Office 2007 will automatically detect your device once it's connected through activesync and will offer to install a light version of OneNote on your Smartphone/PPC.
