Program Removal

Installed a program that I later removed. However, the name of the program still shows under the folder heading -- in this "games."

How can I delete it?

No luck

Thanks but have used File Explorer and deleted every file that was connected to the program but the darn icon remains in the program list.

Your The One

Thanks for the advice. It worked.

I was getting ready to do a hard reset prior to your message. I had gone into the Windows folder with file explorer but never explored those sub folders.

Again thanks -- people like you make these forums worthwhile.

Glad to hear it! I think those get stuck when you move things after the install.. the uninstall isnt able to find everything then. Or at least thats what seems to cause my strays.
