I live in Australia and purchased this phone recently. I am not sure what software is available for the following requirements.
Can I use this device as a mobile GPS unit? Punch in an address and let it direct me to the house?
Is there any software where I can convert txt messages straight to outlook? I run a buisness where I am sent work via txt message and at the moment I copy the message open a new appointment and then paste the details into the notes and then copy paste details like the name and address to the first screen.
hey there, to give you a little info on gps for your phone.
i looked your phone up and found that it runs windows 2003 second addition.
thats a good thing. another good thing is that it also has bluetooth. i have
a ipaq h6315. i use windows streets and trips 2006 version. i also use a
holux gr-271 via bluetooth . everything loads up good and works even better
the hardware has audio directions, and is lots of fun. as far as your question
about typing in directions. how this works is you create your maps ,directions and pushpins on your pc then transfer them to your handheld. remember that you only have so much available memory. you'll have fun.
