For those of you have are having the 25 song cap on your devices this may be a good work around I found on msmobiles.com:
"Basically, the issue occurs when you try to sync a playlist with over 25 songs. At song 26 and onwards it will report an error. The trick is to break all your DRM tracks into playlists of a maximum of 25 tracks, sync one playlist, unplug phone, restart Media Player, then sync the next. So the steps are:
1. Sync DRM playlist containing no more than 25 songs
2. Unplug handset (make sure activesync icon goes grey)
3. Close Media Player
4. Plug handset in again (make sure activsync icon goes green)
5. Open Media Player
6. Go to Step 1
Conclusion: sometimes it is worth checking whether the Windows Mobile 5.0 phone that you are planing to purchase already has features that you want - like push email, stereo audio over Bluetooth (A2DP), Bluetooth profiles that you need, etc... because otherwise it could take several months until an appropriate ROM upgrade will be released or it may never be released at all!"
Why are you synching songs.Cant we just copy the songs to memory card and then use windows media player to scan for new media. They all come into one list and then we can change the playlists.
