Hi out there, not sure this is the right sub-forum, but here goes:
first visit here. Please, please help me with a huge problem. In my company we are 10 users with qtek2020. we have synchronized perfectly to our exchange2003 server for a year or so, but two months ago we ran into a most annoying issue, which we havent been able to resolve yet. When synchronizing via gprs only already read emails are synced. If a new mail is received it will not show up on the pocket pc, until after it has been read in either outlook or via OWA. It's okay to mark the mail as unread afterwards - it will sync fine if it has just been accessed from outlook or OWA. The problem is on all our qteks, so it is not a specific user problem. I think I have tried everything to get this fixed. Please show me how knowledgeable you are in this forum
